Job Overview
A leading organization in sewing thread manufacturing is seeking a highly competent Process Control & Quality Control Head in Kanpur. Offering an attractive salary package of ₹18–25 LPA, this leadership role is responsible for driving quality assurance, thread/yarn manufacturing process control, dyeing parameters, and zero-defect initiatives aimed at reducing rejection rates and COPQ.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
🎓 Educational Background
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Textile, Chemical, or Production Engineering preferred.
🏭 Technical Expertise & Industry Experience
- 8 to 12 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong experience in thread/yarn manufacturing and dyeing process control (mandatory).
- Expertise in Quality Control, SPC, Cp/Cpk, Root Cause Analysis, and continuous process improvement.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and environmental compliance standards.
🎯 Key Responsibilities & Impact
- Proven capability to reduce rejection rates, COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality), and customer complaints.
- Drive a culture of zero-defect quality and continuous operational improvement across the facility.
