Experience: 8–12 Years | Education: Graduate – Commerce / Arts / Any Stream

• Export docs: e-invoice, e-way bill, shipping bill, Certificates of Origin, LC / DP / DA documents.
• Domestic dispatch: challans & invoices.
• Import tracking, Bill of Entry & customs clearance.
• ECGC declarations & buyer policies management.
• Dispatch planning in coordination with production & marketing teams.

2. Sample Development Executive cum Pattern Master

Qualifications / Skills: Textile Technology / CAD / Corel Draw

• Develop samples to buyer specifications & tech packs.
• Coordinate merchandising, pattern, cutting, sewing, fabrics, trims, stitching, fitting & finishing.
• Make new patterns & pattern corrections using CAD software.
• Ensure sample quality & timely completion.

3. ISO Controller

Experience: 5–8 Years | Education: Bachelor’s – Engineering / Science / Quality / Operations

• Implement & maintain ISO management systems.
• Handle internal & external certification audits.
• Manage non-conformities, RCA, CAPA & risk management.
• Oversee compliance, training & management reviews.
• Drive continual improvement & audit readiness.

4. Executive – Export & Import Banking

Experience: 3–6 Years | Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

• Export / import banking, LCs & bank guarantees.
• Bill realization, forward contracts, FIRC, e-BRC.
• Reconcile shipping bills, BoE & bank entries.
• Manage MIS, receivables & payables.
• Drawback, RoDTEP, RoSCTL; FEMA / RBI compliance.
