Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Quality & Compliance: Adhere strictly to Quality Management System (QMS) guidelines, ensure data integrity, maintain confidentiality, and execute corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Testing & Calibration: Execute testing using standard methodology, validate analytical techniques, calibrate and verify laboratory instruments, and manage standard solutions & Certified Reference Materials (CRMs).
• Data Management: Record observations and calculations concurrently, maintain detailed technical records, and utilize barcode/digital processes.
• Operations & Leadership: Train junior technicians, oversee sample disposal, report equipment failures, develop custom test methods, and drive continual improvement initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: B.Tech or Diploma in Textiles, or B.Sc. in Chemistry, Physics, or a Textile-related field.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of practical, hands-on laboratory testing experience in textiles or chemical analysis.
• Technical Skills: Thorough understanding of QMS standards, equipment calibration, analytical method validation, and technical documentation.
