Role Overview

• Category: Womenswear (Woven & Denim Focus)
• Location: On-Site — Site 4 Sahibabad, Ghaziabad (201010)
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Work closely with the founder to conceptualize, design, and develop market-ready collections balancing bold creative vision with commercial appeal.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently drive design execution: concept development, mood boards, and sketching.
• Create detailed technical sketches and comprehensive tech packs.
• Source optimal fabrics and trims tailored for sample creation.
• Partner with pattern makers and vendors to refine garment fit and construction.
• Track and forecast emerging trends across denim and woven categories.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the garment/fashion industry.
• Education from top design institutes (NIFT, LCF, Pearl Academy, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of denim treatments (washes, finishes) is a distinct advantage.
• Keen visual sense for color, proportion, and texture.
• A distinct creative point of view paired with strong collaborative skills.
