Quality Officer – Fabrics

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Quality Officer with strong technical exposure to Textile & Fabric Manufacturing for both Domestic and Export markets. The ideal candidate will take ownership of quality systems, process control, and continuous improvement standards.

Key Core Competencies

• Quality Inspection: Comprehensive inspection of woven/knitted fabrics and home furnishing products.
• QMS Standards: Implementation and compliance management of Quality Management Systems.
• Root Cause Analysis: In-depth investigation of defects and corrective action planning.
• Customer Complaints: Effective resolution of domestic and export client quality feedback.
• Process Improvement & Audits: Driving quality audits and optimizing manufacturing processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in textile or fabric quality assurance.
• Preferred: Prior experience in the Home Furnishing sector.
