Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking a high-caliber Sourcing & Production Specialist in Bangalore to execute on-time delivery of bulk production, validate vendor performance, and drive responsible sourcing practices for high-end leather accessories.

📋 Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities

• Manage bulk TNA with vendors and New York counterparts to meet preproduction timelines.
• Approve PP samples and Trim cards in strict compliance with brand guidelines.
• Follow up on FPT, GPT, and TOP samples to ensure standard adherence.
• Monitor raw material status closely with mill and RM teams to secure production continuity.
• Conduct factory visits, review line plans, analyze capacity, and resolve identified bottlenecks.
• Oversee cargo booking and inspection bookings.
• Contribute to lead time optimization and cost reduction strategies.
• Create and maintain POs, guiding vendor merchandisers on operational deliverables.

🌟 Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

• 3 – 6+ years of merchandising or sourcing experience (US buying office or large trading business preferred).
• Profound material and product knowledge in Leather Accessories for luxury / premium fashion brands.
• High adaptability and flexibility to thrive in changing business environments while working independently.
• Exceptional PC skills (Excel analysis, system workflows, charts, and reporting).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with fluent spoken and written English.
