🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Order Lifecycle: Manage end-to-end execution from sampling to production and timely delivery.
• Supplier Coordination: Coordinate factory visits, inspections, approvals, and daily production follow-ups.
• Costing & Value Engineering: Handle cost negotiations and value engineering for fabrics and trims.
• Product Development: Drive seasonal development aligned with brand standards and customer specifications.
• Analytics & Tracking: Track KPIs, production timelines, and deliveries using MS Excel and Power BI.
• Vendor Management: Monitor supplier performance across quality standards, delivery schedules, and compliance.
