Hiring Senior Officer-Compliance and Sustainability

A reputed group of companies in the Garments & Textiles sector is looking for a driven candidate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular internal compliance inspections and identify gaps.
• Ensure workplace compliance regarding wages, working hours, leave, disciplinary procedures, and worker welfare.
• Coordinate social, security, technical, and customer audits (BSCI, Higg FEM/FSLM, GRS, GOTS, OCS, OEKO-TEX, etc).
• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, Labor Rules, and buyer Code of Conduct (CoC).
