Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Export Manager (Sales & Marketing) to lead and scale our shirting fabric business across key European markets, including Spain, Germany, France, and the UK. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in international fabric sales, global client management, and business development.

Education & Qualification

BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Textiles OR MBA

Key Responsibilities

• Drive international sales growth and expand client portfolios across European markets (Spain, Germany, France, UK).
• Travel and engage directly with European fashion brands, buying houses, and international sourcing offices.
• Identify market trends, customer demands, and product requirements specifically for shirting fabrics.
• Manage end-to-end commercial negotiations, order management, and customer relationship building.
• Collaborate with internal design, product development, and production teams to fulfill global quality standards.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of proven experience in international sales of shirting fabrics.
• Demonstrated track record of working directly with European fashion brands and sourcing entities.
• Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings, exhibitions, and business setup.
• Strong communication, market analysis, and negotiation skills.
