⚙️ Key Responsibilities
- Process orders for embroidery, beading, and stitched garments strictly to client directions.
- Execute overseas purchase orders for sampling and production in Mumbai prior to shipping.
- Match client samples and swatches accurately to requested beading and embroidery designs.
- Communicate daily with overseas merchandisers, addressing queries and tracking pending approvals.
- Work directly with workshops and QC teams to achieve quality benchmarks, tight deadlines, and competitive pricing.
- Track orders through production, quality checks, dispatch, and export documentation.
- Coordinate accurate invoices and review post-shipment costing with senior management.
👤 Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in merchandising within luxury fashion embroideries and embellishments.
- Fluent in English across written, spoken, and comprehension skills.
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and deadline-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills.
- Candidate Preference: Only Mumbai-based candidates preferred.
