Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
Excom Fashions Ltd. is seeking experienced Technical and Quality Assurance Managers (02) for their woven RMG manufacturing facility in Hemayetpur, Savar, Dhaka. The selected candidate will lead factory QA/QC operations, ensure full compliance with buyer quality standards, and drive continuous quality improvement.
- Inspection & Quality Control: Direct inline, end-line, and final inspections adhering to strict AQL standards and buyer quality manuals.
- Technical & Construction Expertise: Oversee garment construction, technical fitting, testing procedures, and fabric/defect analysis.
- Corrective Actions & Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on defect trends and enforce corrective/preventive action (CAPA) protocols.
- Quality Systems & Audits: Maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) and lead successful third-party and buyer quality audits.
- Buyer Compliance: Ensure all production lines conform strictly to buyer quality requirements, specifications, and testing benchmarks.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on technical and QA management experience in woven garment manufacturing.
- Strong technical knowledge of woven garment construction, fabric performance, technical fittings, and testing.
- Proven expertise in AQL inspections, buyer quality standards, root cause analysis, and quality system audits.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills for managing plant QA/QC teams.
- Based in or comfortable commuting to Hemayetpur, Savar, Dhaka.
