Key Responsibilities & Operations
Dove Garments Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Warehouse Head to oversee daily warehouse operations, control inventory, and manage cross-functional team coordination at our Amravati facility.
- Daily Operations & Manpower: Lead daily warehouse workflows, dispatch logistics, and manage operational teams efficiently.
- Dispatch & Stock Movements: Supervise receiving, placement, picking, packing, and inward/outward material movement accurately.
- Inventory Audit & Control: Conduct routine stock audits, preserve inventory integrity, and minimize stock discrepancies or operational losses.
- MIS & Documentation: Maintain precise warehouse logs, inventory status updates, and Excel-based MIS reporting.
- Departmental Coordination: Coordinate closely with Purchase, Accounts, Production, and Retail teams to maintain seamless supply chain flow.
- Safety & Housekeeping: Enforce 5S practices, safety standards, and proper warehouse organization across facilities.
Candidate Requirements & Eligibility
- 5 to 8 years of solid hands-on experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
- Strong expertise in stock control, inventory management, and audit procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse MIS reporting systems.
- Proven track record in team handling and cross-departmental coordination.
- Prior background in Garment, Textile, or Apparel manufacturing is highly preferred.
