📦 Order & Dispatch Coordination
Coordinate with Sales and Dispatch teams to support order processing and timely customer deliveries.
🎯 Issue Resolution
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and contribute to high customer satisfaction levels.
📊 Reporting & Documentation
Prepare reports covering customer interactions, follow-ups, and order status updates.
⚙️ Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with internal teams to help ensure smooth communication and efficient order management.

- 2–5 years of relevant CRM experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
