Role Overview
Cortland (A Cortland International Company / Tufropes) is hiring dedicated Quality Professionals with a background in Textile Engineering and Technology. The positions are open across multiple manufacturing facilities including Masat, Vadodara, and Pithampur.
Educational Qualification
B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc / Diploma in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, or related technical fields.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day quality control activities during operating shifts.
- Maintain comprehensive quality records, logs, and technical documentation.
- Conduct incoming raw material testing and in-process product inspections.
- Monitor and ensure quality compliance for HMPE coating processes.
- Identify, analyze, and report quality issues while driving root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Coordinate closely with production personnel to uphold quality standards.
- Apply Kaizen and 7QC Tools for continuous process improvement.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems (QMS) is an added advantage.
