Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
Excom Fashions Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer / 3D Apparel Designer with strong expertise in 3D CLO software, digital garment simulation, and woven garment construction for their plant in Savar, Dhaka.
- 3D Garment Simulation: Prepare photorealistic 3D garment renders, mockups, and digital simulations using CLO 3D or similar software.
- Product Development: Create woven apparel concepts, technical designs, spec sheets, tech packs, and mood boards tailored to international buyer requirements.
- Buyer Presentations: Generate graphics, digital catalogs, and visual presentation packages for buyers and internal development meetings.
- Trend Research & Innovation: Conduct market research on international fashion trends, fabric structures, trims, specialized washes, and innovative construction methods.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work alongside merchandising, sampling, pattern, and production teams to ensure design feasibility and smooth sampling execution.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong operational command over CLO 3D, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or related fashion CAD tools.
- Solid understanding of woven garment construction, measurements, technical fit, and production processes.
- Mandatory: Portfolio showcasing 3D visualization, apparel design, and graphic development work.
- Prior experience in export-oriented RMG manufacturing facilities or buying houses is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with high proficiency in CLO 3D software and strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.
