🚀 Key Responsibilities
- P&L & Business Growth: Own overall retail revenue, store profitability, and regional/national store expansion.
- Store Operations: Drive seamless store execution, strict SOP adherence, and high visual merchandising standards across all outlets.
- Merchandise & Inventory: Partner with sourcing and product teams to optimize stock allocation, collection launches, sell-through rates, and inventory turn.
- Clienteling & Experience: Build VIP loyalty programs and elevate luxury service standards to maximize customer retention and basket size.
- Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and empower high-performing Store Managers, Area Managers, and retail teams.
📋 Requirements & Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of experience in fashion, luxury apparel, or textiles retail management (with 3–5 years in a senior leadership role).
- Proven track record in multi-store management, complete P&L ownership, and retail inventory systems (ERP/POS).
- Deep understanding of luxury fabrics, garment construction, and premium customer behavior.
- Degree in Fashion Management, Retail Management, or Business Administration (NIFT / NID preferred).
- Based at or accessible to Patparganj, Delhi, with flexibility to travel as required.
